 2. Services Provided

 We offer tax services, financial consulting, and related services. All services are provided in compliance with applicable Texas and   federal laws.

 3. Client Responsibilities

 Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information for services to be performed effectively. We are not responsible for   errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

 4. Fees and Payment

 All fees for services are disclosed prior to engagement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We   reserve the right to charge interest on unpaid balances at the maximum rate allowed by Texas law.

 5. Confidentiality

 We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, except as required by law or with the client's written consent.

 6. No Guarantee

 We do not guarantee any particular financial outcome, tax refund, or result. Our services are provided based on the information   supplied   and within the limits of the law.

 7. Limitation of Liability

 To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Faustus Tax & Finance LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential   damages  arising out of the use of our services.

 8. Termination

 Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work performed are   immediately due.

 9. Governing Law

 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

 10. Amendments

 We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting or providing notice to clients.
